Practice begins MONDAY 10/05

Practice will run from 3:30-5:30 each day that there is a match.

After districts, practice will continue for those that are headed to State Wrestling.

10/24 Dawg Day Duals – Nampa High School – SATURDAY DUEL
- You must meet the bus at KMS and ride over with the team. Bus leaves at 7:15 – if you miss it, you don’t wrestle
11/14 Viking Classic – Middleton Middle School— SATURDAY DUEL
- You must meet the bus at KMS and ride over with the team. Bus leaves at 7:15 – if you miss it, you don’t wrestle

STATE TOURNAMENT

Saturday December 12^{th

Ford Idaho Center, Nampa Idaho}

Kuna Middle School will invite 20 kids to attend the state competition. This will be by invitation only.

Optional Preseason Workouts

Dear Wrestling Parents,
The coaching staff and I are ready to get back to work. Preseason training officially kicks off next Monday, September 14th, and it's open to all middle school and high school wrestlers. Nothing beats the energy of getting the entire wrestling family back in the room together. We've got big goals this year, and that preparation starts now on the mats.

Here are the details:
Who: Middle School & High School Wrestlers
When: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 3:30 PM
Where: High School Wrestling Room
Start Date: Monday, September 14th

YOU CAN STILL PARTICIPATE IN WRESTLING FOR THE REGULAR SEASON IF YOU DO NOT COME TO PRESEASON WORKOUTS.

Make sure your wrestler arrives on time with their practice gear, wrestling shoes, and a refillable water bottle.
