iReady Inform

We completed testing for the iReady inform assessments in Math and ELA classes this week. Teachers are actively analyzing scores to inform their instruction. Students in need of enrichment and intervention may have a schedule change based on the data. If you have questions, please contact your child's counselor.

Restricted items

There are a few items that some students frequently use inappropriately and make the learning environment unsafe or distracting.

We ask that students only bring hard sided plastic water bottles to school. Students use squeeze water bottles to spray other students and onto Chromebooks making it unsafe. Athletes may bring squeeze water bottles empty for sports after school.

We also ask that students do not bring Needoh types of squishy fidgets. The contents comes out and gets on Chromebooks, carpet, and desks. It is extremely difficult to clean.

Students should not bring toys to school. They can be distracting in class. The school is not responsible for personal items that are broken or misplaced.

Students may use fidgets but they must be used appropriately. Any fidget that is used inappropriately may be confiscated.

Thanks for helping us make Kuna Middle School a place where everyone can learn without distractions.
