From Kuna with Love: Soldier Care Package Drive

Dear Kuna Community,

Students in Mrs. Brittney Jones’s 8th-grade Advanced WIN class are currently participating in a "20 Time Project." This initiative allows students to explore personal interests and meaningful ventures they wouldn't otherwise have time for during the school day. For their project, three of our students have chosen to honor and support those serving abroad by sending care packages to soldiers overseas.

The Goal:
The students have set an ambitious goal to provide full care packages for 40 service members. Each package will be filled with essential supplies, snacks, and reminders of home to brighten their day.

How You Can Help:
If you would like to support this student-led mission, there are two ways to contribute:

• Donate Supplies: We are only accepting the specific items listed below. Please bring these donations directly to KMS.
  • An Amazon list has been created with direct links to items. You could also ship these items to KMS, C/O Brittney Jones
• Donate to Shipping Costs: Sending packages overseas is expensive! You can contribute to the shipping fund by using the payment feature at the bottom of this post. 

Note: To ensure we meet the specific needs of the soldiers, please do not donate extra items outside of the requested list.
